G-Dragon recently injured himself during a concert in Osaka, Japan. Despite being hurt, the rapper is continuing his tour in Japan, with fellow Big Bang members, Taeyang and Daesung helping out.

According to a jpopasia report, the rapper was forced to use a cane and segway to move about the stage.

Since he is unable to dance or move much at the moment, the artist worked extra hard to make sure his vocals were up to par.

Daesung and Taeyang joined G-Dragon later for an encore, and together the three performed Big Bang's hit songs, "Bad Boy" and "Fantastic Baby".

Many fans were surprised by the appearance of Daesung, who is currently busy preparing for his own solo concert in Japan.

When Taeyang asked Daesung, "Did you come from Tokyo because you were worried about G-Dragon?" the singer replied "Still, isn’t G-Dragon the only artist who can stand on such a huge stage despite an injury?"

Later that night, G-Dragon updated his fans through his LINE account: "The second Osaka show has finished safely! Fortunately! I am thankful to everyone who came today and gave me a lot of strength. I worked even harder at singing because I was unable to move or perform much so I wonder how it was for everyone. He added, "I will work even harder tomorrow for Osaka’s final concert."
