If you think Salman Khan's 'Jai Ho' seems familiar, find out why

It seems Salman Khan-starrer 'Jai Ho', which is the Hindi remake of A R Murugadoss's 2006 Telugu film 'Stalin', is actually inspired from the 2000 Hollywood film 'Pay it Forward' that saw Kevin Spacey pair with talented Helen Hunt.

However, what is surprising is that not only is the movie inspired by the Hollywood flick, its trailer too is copied from the Hollywood flick, reported the Times of India.

A Mid-Day report says that the beginning of Jai Ho is copied from Pay it Forward that sees Salman scribbling what appears like a family tree.

Pay It Forward, based on a novel by Catherine Ryan Hyde, is about a boy who launches a goodwill movement. He gets support from his mother Helen Hunt and teacher played by Kevin Spacey.
