IU made an appearance on KBS2 ‘Entertainment Weekly,’ which aired on the 12th, and talked about her recent comeback.
During the interview, IU revealed that she put more effort into weight loss than others when she prepared for her comeback. She said, “I gained a lot of weight when I did TV drama. I decided to go on a diet to show my different side as a singer.”
IU also said that she is now only 44.9kg and shared her diet tip. She revealed. “I eat an apple for breakfast, a small amount of sweet potato and water for lunch, and drink protein shake for dinner.
Meanwhile, IU released her official 3rd album ‘Modern Times’ on last 8th and confirmed that she will hold a solo concert in late November. (photo by bntnews DB)
