Flamboyant Hong Kong billionaire Stephen Hung has shocked once again with an outrageous purchase of 30 Rolls Royce for his new hotel.

This is the biggest order the luxury company has ever gotten.

On Sep 16, the deal was formalised at a a signing ceremony at the Home of Rolls‑Royce at Goodwood in West Sussex, England, according to reports online.

To be specific, he ordered 30 Bespoke Extended Wheelbase Phantoms for his Louis XIII hotel in Macau.

Each luxury car is to be specially designed with unique features.

The 55-year-old billionaire sports heavy tattoos and a colourful dyed hair, and is more likely confused as a rock star than a casino magnate.

He is married to former model Deborah Valdez, who hails from Mexico.

They have two children, Sean and Ivan, reported Finance Twitter.

He was educated at Columbia University and University of Southern California.

The business whiz made his fortune from investments in real estate and entertainment.
