The world is still recovering from the time Kim Kardashian tried to #BreakTheInternet with her raunchy Paper magazine cover shoot. Barely two months after she bared it all for the world, the US reality TV star has promised new antics to top that.

Surprise, surprise - it is another nude shoot.

Instead of "breaking the Internet", her latest stunt might cause ratings for the upcoming 10th season of her reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, to shoot through the roof.

Speaking at a press conference two weeks ago in Los Angeles to promote the new season, Kim, 34, said:

"There are other fun shoots that you'll get to see on the show.

"For example, me sneaking away to a desert in LA in the trunk of a car to get away from the paparazzi to do a cool, nude shoot with paint everywhere."

The new season is due to air in March on E! Entertainment (StarHub Ch 441). For anyone who missed her racy Paper magazine cover shoot last November, do not count on seeing it on the show.

Still, it goes down as one of the highlights of her "crazy year", in which she married US rapper Kanye West in an extravagant ceremony. The couple have a two-year-old daughter, North.

While she is unsure if West and North will get more air time as filming is still underway, one thing is for sure - her own struggles to get pregnant again will definitely feature. Kim told The New Paper:

"I grew up with sisters. So it would be cute for North to have sisters, too.

"But I love my (five-year-old) nephew Mason and I think a mini Kanye would be so cute. At this point, we would be blessed and happy with what we get."

Kim has made no secret of the fact that she and West, 37, have been actively trying for a second child.

"We're not going to hope or dream so much because when you plan too much, it never ends up your way. It's just the way God works," she said.

Reports last year highlighted her fertility issues, with doctors allegedly saying that a baby was a "long shot".

Before expecting North, who was born in June 2013, Kim was told she could not conceive and had called her pregnancy a "miracle".

It has been seven years of guilty pleasure for fans who have been treated to the family's drama and domestic madness over the past nine seasons.

And there are no plans of slowing down just yet. "As long as we still enjoy doing this and being around each other, we'll keep doing it," said sister Khloe, 30, who was also at the press conference.

"If it becomes (a chore) and we have other commitments, then we will stop."

Kim shared her hopes for her family. For her mother Kris Jenner, 59, she wishes lots of happiness following her very public separation from Kim's stepfather Bruce Jenner, 65, in October 2013.

They finalised their divorce last month. She has similar hopes for Khloe, who has been piecing her life together after her split from ex-husband Lamar Odom in 2013.

"I really hope she meets someone and falls in love," Kim said.

And for herself? Well, 2015, when the latest season of the reality show ends, will be the year she turns it down a notch and casts the spotlight on West, whom she describes as "extremely supportive".

"I'll be okay with sitting back a little bit. My husband has a clothing line and album coming out," she said.

"I think I want to be a proud wife and let him shine this year."
