Hong Kong singer, G.E.M. Tang is not new to having negative reports about her.

After appearing in Chinese singing competition, I Am a Singer, the young singer has been slammed for being disrespectful and snobbish by the media.

Recently, a video clip which was supposed to be light-hearted also did not go well with the netizens, reports Asian Pop News.

G.E.M. posted a video of her, playing table tennis with her manager using her iPhone. She wrote, “Just sharing my leisure activity during filming. Steve Jobs was remarkable. Without him, we won’t have such a good table tennis paddle!”

While it was meant to be light-hearted, many netizens have blasted G.E.M. for being showy and flaunting her wealth.

One netizen said, “So what if you have money? A mobile phone is meant to make phone calls, and not to use it as a paddle. Steve Jobs will cry if he sees this”

Another said, “You are just flaunting your wealth!”
