Dan Bilzerian was arrested at LAX on Tuesday morning. His arrest warrant was issued in Clark County, Nevada.
According to TMZ, Bilerzian has been charged with violating a law making it a crime to possess an explosive or incendiary device with the intent to manufacture it.
The warrant was issued last month but it was confidential ... under seal, presumably because cops were continuing to investigate and they didn't want their cover blown if the warrant became public.
Bilzerian is being held without bail. Bilzerian is a fan of weapons ... he got washed out of the Navy SEAL program in 1999, 2 days before graduation.
If convicted of the felony he faces between 1 and 6 years in prison.
According to Brobible, this is not the first time he has gotten into trouble with the law.
Back in July, Bilzerian told Howard Stern that he spent three weeks in jail in high school after bragging about having an M-16 in the trunk of his car.
When it got back to school administrators and they confronted him over it, he owned up to it, and as a result, he was thrown in jail for three weeks.
Not only did he have to go to jail for three weeks, after he was released, he was kicked out of the state of Utah.
He had to leave high school, and his mom took him back to Tampa, while his dad stayed in Utah for business purposes.
He has since gotten the arrest expunged from his record, and is now welcome back into Utah, although I’m not sure why anyone would want to go there.
