Every fitness guru has cheat day -- this one eats 100 nuggets at one go

Every fitness fanatic has a rest day or "cheat day", one designated day where he can eat whatever he wants without hashtagging #cleaneating. 

Instagram user @muscleprodigy, a six-days-a-week fitness guru, unapologetically takes full advantage of his cheat days by eating absurd amounts of food -- this time it's McDonald's chicken nuggets.

And as if they're not bad enough, he's eating 100 of them.

Once, he ate three entire watermelons in one sitting, and another time he devoured an entire chocolate cake
