Chrissie Chau's secret to slimming down involves a certain exercise

Chrissie Chau, who is currently a health brand spokesperson, revealed her secrets to slimming down.

According to an article in Asian E-News Portal, she said: "I learned Thai kickboxing because of filming and discovered my arms slimmed down within a short period of time. I began to love this exercise and have been learning it until now."

Every two to three days, Chrissie will practice her kickboxing routines for two hours and consume health supplements before each meal.

She added: "Regardless of whether you are male or female, it is important to exercise for 15 to 30 minutes daily in order to maintain your weight.

"You will need to increase it to at least an hour of exercise if you wish to slim down."
