Chrissie Chau gives tips on how to maintain a good figure like hers

Chrissie Chau (周秀娜) has always been known to have a good and fit body figure.

When asked about her methods of keeping fit during the summer season, she said: "Girls should keep fit all the time and not wait until summer. We cannot afford to be lazy as our metabolism starts to slow down after the age of 25.

According to Asian E-News Portal, she added:  "I will exercise and sun-tan during the summer. We need a balanced diet, but I will try not to touch snacks and restrict my diet."

Asked about whether she would be swimming and suntanning in Hong Kong, she replied, "I will not go to the beach but will arrange to go to sea with my friends, and swim and sun tan at the same time."
