Seungri has been reported to have admitted to speeding before his car accident last month.

According to Allkpop, The Big Bang member was in a car accident on September 12 that left him hospitalized.

Though the investigation was put on hold, it's now being reported that police have looked over the black box footage to find that Seungri was indeed speeding.

Though there's no reported evidence of drunk driving, Seungri has been found to be speeding 100-110 km per hour in an 80km zone.  Police are planning to indict him for violating traffic laws.

According to media outlet The Fact, Seungri admitted during investigations on October 7 that he was speeding and stated that he was "immature" with his driving.

There are also reports that the driver and two passengers in the other vehicle involved in the accident sustained slight injuries, which could mean that Seungri will be fined.

Koreaboo reports that it was at approximately 3:30 in the morning on September 12th when Seungri collided with a Mercedes Benz in the next lane beside his Porsche, causing his vehicle to run into the guardrail and overturn.

The two other passengers involved in this collision are said to have suffered little injury and are being treated at the hospital.

YTN describes the video saying, “Late at night, it was really dark in Gangbyeon Expressway. As you can see in the dashcam footage, the accident could have ended tragically.

"The white Porsche is driving fast. It seems that he was trying to cut two lanes at once, and did not see the other car. In the video, it’s clear that Seungri has his right-turn signal on the entire time, indicating the lane change was intentional."
