A 19-year-old model was asked by organisers of an automobile exhibition to cover up after a wardrobe malfunction marked her appearance at a similar expo last year.

May Daily reported that Cao Yang, who is sometimes known as Poppy, dazzled observers and guests at an car show in Wuhan, China in October last year when her shining "diamond robe" outfit showed off her plunging cleavage and caused considerable interest among the gathered photographers.

However, a wardrobe malfunction led to her nipple being exposed from her outfit at another exhibition a month later.

Not wanting a repeat of Nipple-gate, the organisers of the 15th Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition held in Shanghai in April, where she was contracted to model at, imposed strict dressing regulations on her.

Nonetheless, she was still one of the most popular models on show throughout the exhibition.
